SIP produces perforated or slotted pipes used as catchers for liquid-like rainwater in irrigation, highways, roadway to avoid overflowing and flooding in the area. These pipes are produced according to pressure, non-pressure, or general-purpose pipes specification depending on the volume of liquid needed to be caught. SIP produces these pipes from 4”-10” of 110mm-400mm.

These pipes are generally used for Conduit and cabling ducts according to ASTM1784/175  SCH 40 AND SCH 80. They are approved and certified by UL. It comes in grey and white color provided with Solvent Joint socket.

SIP CPVC pipes for HOT WATER application branded as THERMOLINE is made from high-grade CPVC materials formulated to sustain high pressure and temperature application. Pipes are produced according to ASTM F-441  Sch 40 and 80. These pipes are provided and sold in the market with plain ends. Generally produced in a grey color to comply with the prevailing standard in the country of use. SIP production ranges from 20mm till 63 mm (1/2” till 2”). The pipes produced by SIP are certified approved products by SASO.

SIP produces Upvc Pressure pipes from different pipes standards the likes of DIN 8061/8062 Class 4 and Class r, SASO ISO 1452 in different SDR and also in ASTM 1785/1784 Sch 40, Sch 80., Sch 120. From size 20-400mm or ½” to 10”. These pipes are provided with Rubber or Solvent Socket for jointing depending on customers’ demand.

SIP produces UPVC Pipes for Electrical Duct and Conduits based on NEMA standards TC2, TC6, and TC8 having high resistance against electrical shock. Sizes are according to ASTM D-1784 dimensions. Also, SIP produces Electrical Conduit pipes from SASO standards SAO 14/15 using class 2 and class 3. Pipes are made in white and grey color and provided with solvent socket joints.

SIP UPVC pipes for Non-pressure application generally used for sewer, waste, drain, and the vent is made from high-grade materials formulated to sustain heavy element containment application. Pipes are produced according to ASTM 1785/84 Sch 40; SASO 14/15 CLAS 3 and 4 and SASO ISO 4435 SDR PIPES. These pipes are provided and sold in the market with integrated socket ends for solvent and rubber joint connection. Generally produced in grey, orange, and white color to comply with the prevailing standard in the country of use. SIP production ranges from 40 mm (1-1/2”)- 500mm  (20”). The pipes produced by SIP are certified approved products by SASO.

These spacers or separators are generally made of ABS or PE.  It has the function of aligning and keeping proper distances for pipes used for electrical or telecommunication installation.

These types of fittings are specially made for sewer, drain, and vent applications. It is not designed for high-pressure applications. Made of PVC and provided with solvent-type socket ends or rubber-type socket ends for connectivity. These fittings are also called DWV or drain waste vent fittings. It normally comes in orange color is internationally named. These fittings range from size 2” (50mm) to 300mm(12”). The most common fittings are Tee, Wye, and Elbow.
