SIP’s manufacturing experience reaches back to the development of uPVC and cPVC pipes. After producing hundreds of thousands of kilometers of pipe and extruding for 25 years, the company knows exactly what it takes to create a quality product. With its highly productive facilities, the plant floor is where familiarity with both product and process counts the most. That experience and that growth are behind every length of SIP pipes.
Extrusion
SIP uses Twin screw extruder machines for high efficiency and good quality production. Lately, the company acquired 2 new modern and state of the art complete extrusion units giving SIP a better flexibility and advantage to cater the growing demands of the market. SIP is extruding pipes according to various standards such as SASO, DIN, ASTM, BS & NEMA.
Compounding
SIP produces pipes by using its own developed formulation which was proven and tested to be excellent. More than mixing equipment utilized ensures a good uniform quality of mix. Compounds are formulated according to the requirement set by SASO, DIN, BS, ASTM and NEMA standards.
Fittings Fabrication
SIP was the leader and initiator of doing fabricated fittings in the kingdom 25 years ago. As it had lead before, still it is a leader in this era’s demand today. Various fabricated fittings according to standard and even “made to orders” are being catered by SIP.
